Report a problem
For missing audio, playback issues, slow controls or crashes, start with what you observed.
- The app version and the feature you were using.
- The steps you took, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- How often it happens and the approximate time. A screenshot with private details removed may help.
Technical terms are optional. For audio issues, note your audio interface, Standard or Advanced mode, and any effects in use.

Diagnostic information
From 2.1.6.0, open Export diagnostic data in the app, choose earlier sessions and any optional details, then save the ZIP. Data stays on your computer; there is no automatic upload or email. You decide whether to share the saved file with a report.
The latest 3 unclean sessions and a separate 3 sessions with recorded failures survive ordinary normal restarts, but older records are replaced when those limits are reached. Song, font and plug-in identities require separate opt-in; audio and full lyrics are excluded. An empty optional preview does not prevent basic export. Web uploads are not available here yet. Do not package your entire project or run development self-tests.
Temporary contact while forms are prepared
The existing email option remains here for contact in the meantime. It opens your email app; nothing is sent automatically.
